[] Tickets are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable & do not guarantee a singer spot.
[] Cancellation : Only Cancelation received 72 hours prior to start time of the Event will qualify for Credit for next 3 Events or Refund of base ticket price.
[] Guest Details : Provide First & Last Name of singer(s) & Listener(s) in Customer Comment Section while buying ticket.

{} Singing Quality : Singing in Sur & Taal is required. Theme Songs are preferred but not mandatory.
{} Song Length & Type : Songs longer than 7 minutes & Medleys are not allowed unless pre-approved. Depressing songs are not allowed as we intend to spread Happiness through Music.
{} Singing Turn : Max 2 Turns per singer will be allowed, 1st for a solo/duet during your own turn as your Song & 2nd chance if another singer agrees to allow you to sing a duet during his/her turn.
{} FCFS Sequencing : Singers’ sequence will be on First Come First Serve basis in the order of receipt of ticket payment & valid credit confirmation. EBK Cabinet Members are sequenced first, followed by other singers. Singers can swap their spots with mutual consent. Kids, Senior Citizens, singers with special need/health condition and special invited guests are given preference while allocating singing spots.
{} Track Submission : Qualified Singers will be added to the Event WhatsApp Group with instructions to select the song & upload your mp3/mp4 karaoke track.
{} No External Device Policy : Use of online Karaoke Portals like meragana.com, SMULE etc… & External Device like Tablet, Phone etc…... are not allowed unless preapproved. This is to avoid delays and accidental damage to sound equipment.
{} Publicity : We may broadcast the Event Live & publish Photos & Videos of performers/attendees on Social Media like Facebook/YouTube/Instagram etc…
{} Event may be rescheduled/cancelled with or without notice.
